Yanukovych stands against infringement on President’s commissions


Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych declares that he is against any infringements on President’s commissions. The Premier told Friday commenting on Nestor Shufrych’s opinion as regards divestiture of President’s commission, provided for by the Constitution.

“I am against any infringements on President’s commission, and I will defend President’s authorities in accordance with the Constitution the same way the President defends them,” Yanukovych said.

According to the PM, he will be on President’s side and on the side of the Constitution.

At the same time he noted he did not hear any comments of this kind from Shufrych personally.
