Yushchenko will defend himself from Yanukovych’s accusations

In the near future the President of Ukraine will sign a decree on creation of special body to advocate interests of the President. The deputy chief of the President’s Secretariat Ihor Pushkin told today at the press conference, the ForUm’s correspondent informs

“As the Cabinet continues to appeal against the President… The President will sign a decree on creation of special service to advocate his interests in the court. Now the justice Ministry defends the interest of the President,” Pushkin said.

According to him, the Justice Ministry should be both prosecutor and defendant.
