President's Advisor Oleh Rybachuk joined the Caucasian-Caspian
Commission and attended its first meeting in Brussels on February 12-13, president's press office reported.
Its members spoke about energy and regional issues.

region’s cooperation with the European Union. He said Ukraine was interested in
participating in its projects.
