“I did not hear any declaration of Russian officials concerning this. The negotiations continue,” he said commenting on Azarov’s statement.

“Mykola Yanovych (Azarov – ed.) is great specialist, he worked in high level group of Yanukovych‘s first government and works now,” the diplomat underlined.

At the same time, Loskutov admitted that a separate model of integration will be applied to Ukraine. “We understand that Ukraine has its peculiarities: it can sign some documents, but other cannot. We recognize such approach and intend to continue negotiations,” he said.
