Deputies want Yushchenko to recall his appeal from CC

People’s deputy of Ukraine, member of Party of Regions Yuri Myroshnychenko told journalists why amendments to the law on Cabinet were submitted for consideration of the parliament before a decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

“The matter is that the President had not appealed to the CC yet when we submitted the draft bill,” the deputy said.

According to him, six out of eight propositions of Yushchenko were taken into account in the amendments to the law on Cabinet. Myroshnychenko considers it a perfect variant the President to recall his appeal from the CC.

“Authors of the draft bill proceeded from the necessity to remove artificially created conflict, which destabilizes work of the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet and the President as an institution of the power,” the deputy noted.
