Our Ukraine wants to dismiss Moroz

“The law on Cabinet of Ministers has been published contrary to norms of the Constitution, as President Yushchenko submitted propositions to the law and the VR should have considered them at the beginning of the session. However, the speaker made another decision and gave a commission to “Holos Ukrainy” to publish this law,” Kyrylenko reminded.

“Considering the publishing of the law absolutely illegal, Our Ukraine faction will include into agenda an issue on recalling Oleksandr Moroz from his position. We are convinced that the head of the parliament, who violates the Constitution and the regulations, cannot be a political figure, which consolidates political forces in the parliament and serves strengthening of law in Ukraine,” the deputy said.
