Donetsk mayor wants to sell out all mines of Ukraine

Donetsk city chairman Oleksandr Luk’yanchenko stands for privatization of all coal mines of Ukraine. He said at a press conference in Donetsk.

“I consider that non-governmental enterprises work more successfully, they have higher level of labour management,” Luk’uanchenko said. He cited Russia and Poland as an example, having noted that there are no state mines in these countries.

At the same time he noted that privatization process must be natural and should not be thrust on workers of an enterprise.
