Ukraine President asks speaker to revise the Cabinet law


President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko asks chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Moroz to revise the law on Cabinet of Ministers. Deputy Secretariat Chief of Staff Arseny Yatsenyuk told at a briefing.

According to Yatsenyuk, the President stated his request in a letter to Moroz from Switzerland, where Yushchenko is undergoing a medical examination and therapeutic procedures to remove dioxin from his body.

“The Head of State addressed a letter to the chairman of the VR with a request to follow article 94 of the Constitution of Ukraine, namely to submit the law for repeated consideration with corresponding propositions of the President,” Yatsenyuk said.
