Mykhaylo Fradkov congratulates Viktor Yanukovych

Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mykhaylo Fradkov congratulated Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych on New Year holidays, Cabinet press office reported.

“Congratulations and best wishes for happiness and welfare in New Year 2007”, the congratulation letter says.
