State Property Fund sells another part of "Mittal Steel Kryvyi Rih" state shares

State packet of shares of joint-stock company "Mittal Steel Kryvyi Rih" in the amount of 0.32% was sold on Wednesday at auctions at "Innex" stock exchange for UAH 63,861,332 (USD 1 - UAH 5.05).

As many as 5 companies took part in the auctions: "Concorde Capital", "Dragon-capital", "Troyka Dialog", "Selyanska Іnvesticіjna Kompanіya" and "Renaissance capital Ukraine".

The following companies were purchasers: "Concorde Capital" - 12 lots, "Dragon-capital" - 7 lots, "Renaissance capital Ukraine" - 6 lots.

Packet of shares of "Mittal Steel Kryvyi Rih" remains in the state property at the present time in the amount of 0.44%.

As many as 93.02% of the JSC shares belong to Mittal Steel Germany GmbH company, which belongs to the international holding Mittal Steel.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine sold 1.3% of JSC "Mittal Steel Kryvyi Rih" shares, which belong to the state, at auctions during November-December.
