Ukraine’s parliament wants to dismiss Tarasyuk and Hrytsenko


Members of the anti-crisis coalition propose to dismiss Defense Minister Anatoly Hrytsenko. The corresponding draft resolution has been registered Thursday by members of the Party of Regions faction Oleh Kalashnikov, SPU faction Vasyl Volga, CPU faction Ihor Alekseyev.

The Verkhovna Rada has also registered a draft resolution on dismissal of Borys Tarasyuk from the post of Foreign Minister of Ukraine.

The explanatory note says that initiators of the dismissal considers the “constant groundless declarations of Tarasyuk, non-fulfillment of his duties and absence of constructive work negatively influence realization of the state policy as regards NATO, worsen relations with Russia and cause a number of economic problems in the country.”

Due to the mentioned above and because of that Tarasyuk hampers the work of the cabinet the deputies of Ukraine propose to dismiss the minister from the holding post.
