Yushchenko appointed Dryzhchany a deputy secretary of NSDC

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko has appointed Ihor Zryzhchany a deputy secretary of National Security and Defense Council.

The corresponding decree has been signed on Thursday, president’s press office reported.

On Wednesday the President submitted a resolution on dismissal of Ihor Dryzhchany from the post of the head of Security Service of Ukraine.
