Crimea to hold referendum on Ukraine’s accession into NATO


All-Crimean popular meeting has determined the date of Crimean national referendum on Ukraine’s accession into NATO. The event will take place on December 16.

More than a thousand of representatives of various regions of the autonomy took part in the meeting. They have formed All-Crimean public council on constitutional rights of Crimea and delegated authorities of an election commission to it.

The participants of the meeting have created 25 election districts and approved the content of the bulletin.

The bulletin contains only one question: “Do you agree with the policy of President Victor Yushchenko as regards Ukraine’s accession into NATO.”
