Ukraine and Slovakia keep military cooperation

Ukrainian military delegation visits Slovakia, Defence Ministry press office reports.

Ukrainian and Slovakian military officials are to address issues of regional safety, Ukraine’s cooperation with NATO. The military men will also exchange experience of defence planning and democratic civilised control of the armed forces.

The Ukrainian delegation is headed by First Deputy Defence Minister Leonid Polyakov. He is to meet his Slovakian colleague Jaroslav Baska.

The visit will last until October 26.
