Ukraine’s Cabinet to bar from monopolization of oil market

According to the signed Memorandum on cooperation between Cabinet and oil traders, the government undertakes obligations to form special expert-analytical group, composed of representatives of central bodies of executive power and oil companies. The group will be headed by Vice PM Andriy Kluyev

Tasks of the group are to work out mechanisms on creation of reserves of oil and oil products, to prepare offers on creation of conditions for increase of oil processing volumes.

The government intends to take measures to prevent monopolization of oil markets on state and regional levels and to create equal conditions for all dealers.

In their turn, companies undertake to increase oil processing volumes and to satisfy demand of native consumers.
