Lutsenko: I won’t be a minister in such government

Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko, who suspended his membership in the Socialist Party of Ukraine, declares that he will not work in the government headed by a representative of Party of Regions and will leave the party, if socialists support the coalition with Party of Regions.

He stated that SPU leader Oleksandr Moroz has moral and professional right to be the speaker, but “the matter concerns the price of such decision.”

“If after all SPU votes for an orange Premier, I consider it normal. But if the party decides to support Donetsk representative at the head of the future government, I consider it a treason and I won’t be the minister in such government and won’t be a member of such party,” Lutsenko told journalists.
