Ukraine and Turkmenistan are at loggerheads on gas

PM of Ukraine Yekhanurov accused Turkmenistan of engagement fulfilment delay concerning the mutual payment for Turkmen gas.

“Turkmenistan has not yet set the bill of Ukrainian goods supplying as a payment for Turkmen gas,” stressed PM Yekhanurov.

According to PM of Ukraine, the matter concerns $80-milion of Ukrainian goods debt. “It is a reserve sum,” added Yuri Yekhanurov.

“I have made corresponding instructions to prepare necessary documents and to continue negations on March 22,” said Yekhanurov.
