President of Ukraine vetoes three legislations

President Victor Yushchenko vetoed three laws:

Law on Changes to the Law on Scientific and Technical Activity ;

Law on Changes to Article 9 of the Law on Economic Licensing ;

Law on Changes to Article 2 of the Law on Agricultural Tax .
