Ukraine needs new law on the Constitution Court

Holding the meeting with the Shumann Fund representative, Pavlo Yevgrafov acting as the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine stressed the necessity of new redaction of the Law on the Constitution Court of Ukraine.

According to his words, it will promote necessary reformation of the Court: to create two equal chambers and to strength the peopleware of the Court.

During the meeting, the participants shared the opinions concerning the structure and functions of constitutional courts in their countries.
