Ukraine needs three months to reverse Odessa-Brody for Caspian oil

Ukraine would need three months to reverse operation of Odessa-Brody oil pipeline in order to start moving Caspian Sea crude to markets in Europe, Prime Minister Yuri Yekhanurov said Thursday, Ukrainian Journal reported.

The time will be required to break a contract with Russian oil major TNK-BP that currently uses the pipeline to move Russian crude from Brody to Odessa. The time is also needed to divert Russian oil supplies via another route.
