Victor Yanukovich asks the West to send observers to Ukraine


The leader of the Party of Regions Victor Yanukovich addressed the diplomatic representatives to send the international observers for the coming parliamentary election in Ukraine.

“I want to ask your countries to send the observers in order to provide legal, fair and transparent election and its results,” stressed Yanukovich.

He also stated the Party of Regions will lead the fair campaign and “plan to win.”
