Kyiv streets are powdered with a kind of poison

The capital residents come to a conclusion that Kyiv streets are powdered with some kind of poison. The substance covering Kyiv streets is still a secret. Probably the shoes do not slide because of such “powder” but it causes some allergic reactions and poisonings.

Some people complain about eye’s ache when they are tring to clean the shoes off this substance. There were some registered cases of animals’ poisoning.

According to Kyiv veterinary surgeons, dozens of pet owners called emergency because their pets felt seek having tried snow during the walk. As a result of it they get ill.

Not only pets but the children are walking outdoor and try to enjoy frosty weather playing snowballs or making snowmen.
