President greets aircraft builders

On the 100^th anniversary of Oleh Antonov, prominent aircraft designer and scientist, Victor Yushchenko greeted Ukrainian aircraft builders, President's press office reported.

“Aircrafts that were built under Antonov are known in more than fifty countries of the world for their reliability and efficiency. The famous Antonov trademark promotes Ukraine as an aircraft building state worldwide. I am convinced that Oleh Antonov’s followers will continue manufacturing high-tech machines and strengthen leadership positions of Ukrainian aircraft builders,” he wrote.
