Ukrainian peacekeepers may be sent to Nagorny Karabakh

Ukraine will send its peacekeepers to Nagorny Karabakh if UNO or other international organizations will pass the corresponding resolution, NSDCU Secretary Anatoly Kinakh told.

Mentioning the situation must be considered under OSCE and the EU participation, NSDCU Secretary Kinakh proposed the peacekeeping forces for Nagorny Karabakh settlement.

Anatoly Kinakh stressed that Ukraine’s position towards Nagorny Karabakh remains invariable “Ukraine will stand for territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and back peaceful and democratic settlement of the problem.”

This issue was disused during the meeting of NSDCU Secretary Kinakh with Azeri President Ilham Aliev, Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov and other high authorities of the country.
