The Russian Black Sea is alleged of illegal use of 96 objects geographically belonged to Crimea, the Crimean State Fund of Treasury reported.

The revision revealed that Russia uses 96 facilities which are not regulated by the Intergovernmental Agreement of 1997 that divided the Soviet Black Sea Fleet.
