The licensing of base oil export is introduced in Ukraine

Ukraine introduces licensing of the base oil export, the Cabinet’s resolution of December 30 reads. According to the resolution, the license will be issued by Ministry Fuel and Energy.

The resolution also regulates the licensing of oil export. It charges the State Custom Service with reporting on license issue to the subjects of external economic activity.

The resolution came into effect on January 1, 2006.
