Fradkov: Ukraine and Russia must sign gas transit agreement urgently

“I suppose European Communities Commission is capable to find necessary additional arguments for our Ukrainian partners not to violate the balance of economic interests and to provide Europe with free access to gas,” stressed PM of Russia Mikhail Fradkov.

He added that Russia gets used to carry out its obligations.

According to his words, this topic was discussed in today negotiations with Naftogaz delegation. “European interests consist of easy gas transit through Ukraine,” mentioned Fradkov.
