Shimamoto Shozo visits Ukraine

The famous Japanese avant-gardist Shimamoto Shozo and his followers visit Kyiv. The legendary Gutai founder will present shows in Ukraine’s capital.

Today Ring club hosts the exhibition of Shozo and his students. Along with famous Japanese avant-gardist Ukrainian artist Genadiy Gutgarts will represent his Action Painting’s style performances. On December 1-2, the free exhibition will be open for visitors.

On December 1, Shozo plans to perform his works before the patients of Kyiv psychiatric clinic. Then one more performance will be given in Vertical club at 7 pm.

For the first time Shimamoto Shozo uses Ukrainian girls as models of his actions. Genadiy Gutgarts vice versa will deal with Japanese beauty.

All performance will be free of charge.
