Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant has been returned to the state


Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko is satisfied with the court decision concerning returning of Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant to the state property.

“I am happy that there is justice in the country, that there is absolutely legal position, which allowed to return the boldly taken away state property, said PM.

Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine confirmed August 25 that privatization of Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant was conducted with violations of the law.
