Crimean Tatars wants to "rename" settlements


Crimean Tatars representatives council, attached to Alushta city executive committee in Crimea, addressed city council with an appeal to place guide signs with "historical", i.e. Crimean-Tatar, names of settlements in the Crimean-Tatar language.

According to deputy chief of Alushta administration, Evgeny Cherepin, the issue concerning guide signs will be considered in accordance with the Law on the session of city council.
