Tabachnik was involved in criminal activity

Office of Public Prosecutor of Podolsky district of Kiev brought a criminal action in connection with the illegal transfer of a lot on the Dnepr bank to the public organization "International creative center of Yan Tabachnik" by the joint-stock company "Kiev river harbour", reported Department of State service on fight with economic crimes.

According to data from the Department, officials of "Kiev river harbour" forged the protocol of the meeting of the company’s administration, according to which, the Kiev city council terminated the accommodation right of "Kiev river harbour" on the lot measuring 6.4 hectares, which is valued at 10.3 million gryvnas and transferred it to the public organization "International creative center of Yan Tabachnik" for rent for the period of 25 years for the construction, operation and service of the elite club "I have the honour".

As a result of this criminal activity, the "Kiev river harbour" caused the Kiev city community damage in the amount of more than ten million gryvnas .
