"Youth union" won the case at the suit of KSCA concerning the tent town

"Ukraine regions Youth union" won the case in Shevchenkovsky court of Ukraine at the suit of Kiev state city administration (KSCA) concerning location of tent town in Mariinsky Park, the protest action against political pressure on members of Party of Regions.

"In connection with absence of proofs from the side of Kiev state city administration, which declared that tent town disturbs the work of Cabinet, and according to the fact that the claim of Kiev state city administration was based on suppositions, the court decided to overrule the claim of KSCA," reported the deputy of the head of "Ukraine region Youth union", Igor Khohich.

"Ukrainian citizens’ right on peaceful meetings and free declaration of will has been restored," Khohich added.
