Kolesnikov is officially arraigned

Today the investigator charged with extra important cases of General Prosecution arraigned Boris Kolesnikov in the presence of his advocate Andrey Fedur, the press-service of General Office of Public Prosecutor reported to ForUm.

In particular, Boris Kolesnikov is accused of administration of crime - Extortion of assignation or right to property by an official using his official position, with a threat of murder, which caused property damage (article 189, part 4 of Criminal Code of Ukraine).

For administration of this crime sanction of the article provides for imprisonment from 7 to 12 years with confiscation of property.
