Boris Kolesnikov is imprisoned

April 8, after judicial trial, Pechesky districtcourt of Kiev decided to arrest Kolesnikov and place him into isolation ward in Kiev.

According to legislation Kolesnikov can be imprisoned for two months.

Kolesnikov’s advocate Andrey Fedur said he would appeal against court decision.

Yesterday’s evening the witnesses in "Kolesnikov’s case" arrived in Kiev. Oxana Martinuk, her husband, father and brother owned stocks of the trade center "Belij lebed". They declared in the court that they were not pressed or threatened. They struck an ordinary bargain with Kolesnikov.

They agree to be the witnesses in "Kolesnikov’s case" and to prove guiltlessness of the chairman of Donetsk region administration
