General prosecution demands to dismiss Fedur

The representative of General Prosecution demands to remove Andrey Fedur from advocacy. He says that an action was brought against Fedur and the advocate allegedly has no right to take part in the process.

The people’s deputy Mikhail Dobkin reported about it, ForUm’s correspondent informed.

Dobkin also admitted that General Prosecution has to observe constitutional rights of a citizen. "But on the contrary, they try to leave Kolesnikov without defence and do not let the press to get in", -the deputy said.

The building of Pechersky district court is surrounded by two lines of policemen and special subdivision "Berkut".

Dobkin has also reported that deputies will go out by turns to inform about events in the court.
