Deputies confirmed the "budget of Timoshenko"


Verhovna Rada of Ukraine has just voted for the project of law "On bringing of changes in Law of Ukraine "On the state budget of Ukraine for 2005 year". 376 deputies gave a vote "for", ForUm’s correspondent reports.

Practically all deputies mark success of social part of budget. However, in opinion of majority, the part concerning state development requires revisions.

Submitting the bill draft "On bringing of changes in Law of Ukraine "On the state budget for 2005 year" to the deputies, the minister for finance of Ukraine Victor Pinzenik declared that government purposed the aim to make a step ahead in a social sphere.

According to Pinzelik, the law project provides for removal of budgeted deficit, stopping of debts’ growth, wage-push, charge of just pension, overcoming poverty, and fight against corruption. Also government offers a new policy of budgetary sectors support and creation of equal terms of taxation.

Income part of budget, according to the bill, will make 108, 5 milliard gryvnas, supply - 115, 3 milliard, budgeted deficit will make 6,8 milliard gryvnas, loan amount is 8,9 milliard.

Also, according to the minister for finance, budget will provide for increase of salary in a budgetary sector from 71% to 87%, and a minimum pension will grow from 295 gryvnas to 332 gryvnas, an average pension will make 383 gryvnas, while now it is 315 gryvnas. The help to the children which are under guardianship, from 6 to 18 years, will be 468 gryvnas.
