Spam is a penal act

A criminal action exclusive per se is brought in Donetsk. Law machinery assures that there were not similar precedents in Ukraine before.

According to Management of government service charged with fight against economic criminality in the Donetsk region, the question is about mass delivery of spam. A representative of one of internet providers appealed to regional management of internal affairs of Ukraine. A man complained that electronic reports from an unknown person block work of his network. Law machinery found out who had been doing delivery of spam. Investigation is being conducted now.

If suspected is acknowledge guilty, he will have to pay penalty from 500 to 1 000 of untaxed minimum profits or will be imprisoned for three years.
