"Eurovision-2005": there is "a fly in the ointment"

"To put it mildly, it is not nice of Ukrainian hotel proprietors to set prices far higher, than in the European hotels", - the executive producer of song contest "Eurovision -2005" Pavel Gritsak considers. He declared about it on today’s press-conference to a ForUm’s correspondent.

The question of providing guests of contest "Eurovision -2005" with hotels became "a fly in the ointment", - said Gritsak. According to him, during the last week some hotels in which it was planned to place the guests, artificially set too high prices, wishing to get excess profit in a short space of time.

Presently, according to Gritsak, the organizers of the contest conduct negotiations with hotels directors concerning optimum price for meeting guests of "Eurovision -2005" in Kiev.
