Yushchenko will deprive Germans of Crimean "Titan"

The decree about creation of the joint Ukrainian-German enterprise "Crimean Titan" on the base of the largest producer of titanium dioxide state joint stock association "Titan" will be abolished.

According to the manager of the commission secretariat Leonid Suknenko, the initiator of this decision is the special control commission of VRU charged with questions of privatization. The members of control commission had already appealed with such request to the Ukrainian president, "Noviy region" reported.

The decision about termination of collaboration with Germany was accepted by the commission on March, 15. "There area lot of legislatively unstable questions", - Suknenko explained. However he renounced to specify details.

We remind that in September, 2004 state joint stock association "Titan" (Armyansk, Crimea) and German company RSJ Erste Beteiligungs created Joint - stock Company "Crimean Titan". Share fraction of "Titan" in Joint-stock Company "Crimea Titan" makes 50 percents +1 action, share fraction of RSJ Erste is 50 percents -1 action.
