Second-in-command of Armed Forces of the USA comes to Kiev

American military delegation at the head of the second-in-command of armed forces of the USA in Europe, the general Charles Wild will arrive today to Ukraine with a two-day visit, the press-service of Department of Defense of Ukraine reports.

The purpose of the visit is a discussion of Ukraine’s plans concerning euroatlantic integration, defensive reform and prospects of bilateral collaboration,"Liga" informs.

It is planned that within the program of visit the American specialists will conduct negotiations with delegation of Armed Forces of Ukraine, will pay courtesy visit to the minister of defense of Ukraine Anatoliy Gricenko, will visit the National Academy of Defense of Ukraine, where will familiarize with the system of officer staff training, and will conduct the working meetings in National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and Verhovna Rada of Ukraine.
