Shufrich will pay for a "blow by a boot"

Office of Public Prosecutor of the Gooseevsky district of Kiev brought an action against the deputy Nestor Shufrich. He is accused of infliction of bodity injuries to the main consultant of VRU Committee charged with fight against organized crime Pavel Barnatsky.

According to Barnatsky, an incident happened on October, 6, 2004 near the pavilions of "Expocenter of Ukraine", where plenty of polygraphic products, commenting then candidate on the post of the president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, were found.

Barnatsky told that after the verbal polemic Shufrich "had shinned me by a boot". He marked also, that he had taken some blows to his back and head.
