Reputed names of Gongadze's killers

Colonels of Ministry of Internal Affairs Protash and Gudzenko were among prisoners blamed for murder complicity of George Gongadze.

Protash and Gudzenko worked in capital Struggle organized crime administration in the period of Gongadze disappearance.

Informed resources disproved the data that general Astion, ex-leader of Kiev Struggle organized crime administration, appeared arrested.

As informed, on Tuesday, March,1, members of Ukrainian security service arrested two persons, named in the journalist George Gongadze murder, another one confessed his guilt in law machinery. The source marked that one of them was general, and two were colonels.

Answering the question concerning possible detention of former minister of internal affairs of Ukraine Yurij Kravchenko and his present location the source said that Kravchenko probably was outside Ukraine and information about possibility of his detention did not come while.

At the same time MIA refuted information that the head of George Gongadze was found.

We remind, that the president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko declared on Tuesday, on March, 1, that Gongadze murder was detected.
