Court united two "Krivorojstal"’s cases

Pechersky district court of Kiev satisfied the statement of Irene Nasarova and united two cases about nullification of results of sale 93,02% of "Krivorojstal" (Dnepropetrovsk) stock. There were no objections concerning uniting from the side of the process participants.

Nasarova also suggested forbidding the broadcasting company ICTV to record this process, as broadcasting company and group "Interpipe" are registered to one address, and, consequently, can have financial relations, which can influence objectivity of coverage of judicial process court denied this claim because it would narrow the rights of ICTV as compared to other broadcasting companies.

The next judicial sitting will take place on March, 14.

As reported, PM Pavel Ignatenko and advocate Irene Nasarova declared to Pechersky district court of Kiev to nullify contract of sale 93,02% stock of "Krivorojstal".

On June, 14, 2004 the contract of sale was concluded between Fund of national property of Ukraine and Investment Metallurgic Alliance (IMA) which acquired 93,02% stock for 4260 million gryvnas (about $800 million).
