Zinchenko is against lustration

The state secretary of Ukraine Alexander Zinchenko declares that his attitude to the idea of lustration as the mechanism of power regular update is negative. About it he declared on a today's press-conference in Odessa.

"You will not organize an effective administrative machine with the help of principles of", - he said.

According to him, regular lustration could have been actual after 1991 year, but now "we do not need to search yesterday's enemies guilty in the past defeats; we need to search the organizers of future victories". "Hunt on witches is not an instrument of modern power", - Zinchenko is convinced, "Interfax-Ukraine" reports.

He pointed out that creation of "modern machine of staff potential of the state" would become one of key questions of activity of Ukraine president Secretariat.
