Former companion of Medvedchuk became Zinchenko’s first deputy

The president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko appointed Vasiliy Kremen the first deputy of the State secretary of Ukraine. Press-service of country's leader reported to ForUm.

We remind that Vasiliy Kremen was borned in 1947 in Sumskaya region. He graduated Shevchenko Kiev University, philosophical faculty. He is a Doctor of philosophical sciences, professor, and academician of National Science Academy. Besides, he is a PM of Social Democratic Party of Ukraine (united).

Since December, 30, 1999 Vasiliy Kremen held a position of education and science minister of Ukraine.

On January, 26 this year he left rows of SDPU (u).
