Mass street protests continue in Kyiv.

7:44 pm - The opposition plans to focus all forces in Maidan to prevent crackdowns.

1:40 pm - Yesterday, four protesters, victims of crowd in Maidan, were hospitalized (18th hospital of Kyiv, Shevchenko Boulevard, 17).

12:22 pm - Yesterday, December 9, 17 protesters sought medical assistance, and 15 of them were hospitalized.

8:43 pm - Police cordon of 500 officers in Luteranska street, near the Administration of Presiden, has been dismissed.

2:31 pm - Epidemiological situation in places of public rallies and other actions in Kyiv is under control, there are no cases of group infectious diseases, the press office of the Health Ministry reports.

2:00 pm - Subway stations Khreshchatyk", "Maidan Nezalezhnosti" and "Teatralna" have been closed for an hour and a half.





1:45 pm - Redeployment of internal troops on the territory of Kyiv city and region is necessary to replace soldiers who are on duty around the clock.

1:33 pm - Kyiv police reminds that blocking traffic in the central part of Kyiv can lead to criminal responsibility.

1:07 pm - Protesters keep coming to the intersection of Khreshchatyk and Khmelnytsky streets, gathering near the KCSA building.



12:55 pm - Militaries of the internal troops have blocked Khreshchatyk with backs to the barricades, installed on the driveway.



12:47 pm - Protesters inside the Kyiv city state administration are preparing to the storming of the building by law enforcements.

12:39 pm - Two police busses blocking the traffic on the intersection of Bogdan Khmelnitski and Khreshchatyk.

12:24 - Due to reported mining, entries and exits of subway stations "Khreshchatyk", "Maidan Nezalezhnosti" and "Teatralna" are closed for public.

12:23 pm - Protesters in Maidan and Khreshchyatyk street shovel away snow.

11:58 am - Kyiv police department received an anonymous message about mining of the central subway stations.

11:35 am - Busses with internal troops coming to Kyiv.



10:50 am - Protesters have blocked entrances to the public prosecution office, preventing officials from entering the building. 

10:30 am - No one has been detained within the criminal proceedings over bringing down the statue of Lenin in Kyiv.

December 9. 9:30 am - Sunday night went quietly on the territories occupied by protesters. 

8:16 pm - People are taking pieces of broken monument to Lenin for souvenirs.

8:03 pm - Protesters are leaving the territories of the Cabinet and Mariinski park. 

6:30 pm - Luteranska Street is blocked with tents and concrete planters.



6:21 pm - Around 6 pm a group of masked people with "Freedom" Union flags brought down the monument to Lenin in Shevchenko boulevard.



6:13 pm - According to the Interior Ministry, protesters have blocked several central streets of Kyiv.

5:46 pm - Residents of the so-called "governmental quarter" file complaints against protesters to police departments and the State Emergency Control Service of Ukraine.  

5:38 pm - Improvised stages are being installed in the Independence Square.



5:24 pm - Police is searching for those, who went missing during EuroMaidan protest actions.

4:31 - Barricades and tents are set up near the House of Officers, blocking traffic along the Hrushevsky Street.

3:05 pm - Protesters from the opposition, who came in Mariinsky Park, urge those present to prevent fights and provocations



2:51pm   Protesters began to build barricades on the right side of the building of the Cabinet of Ministers.


2:44 pm - Opposition protesters are going to block the entire governments quarter.
 
2:24 pm - Column of protesters has approached the Mariinsky Park, where the rally of the Party of Regions supporters is held.


2:14 pm About fifty thousand people take part in mass rallies in Kyiv, the Interior Ministry press office reports. 

2:10 pm -  Column of protesters, wearing white and yellow helmets, starts to move towards the Presidents Administration in the Bankova Street.



1:41 pm  Interior Ministry asks not to incite citizens to commit offences.

4:33 pm - Nine injured protesters remain hospitalized in the Kyiv emergency hospital.

December 6.
8:09 am - A man's body was found in the Independence Square.

10:11 pm- Two more people have been detained on suspicion of involvement into mass disorders in Bankova street on December 1.
 
7:29 pm - About 100 people started picketing the head quarters of the "Berkut" Special Forces in Krasnozvezdnyi avenue.
 
7:15 pm - 79 people, including six students, four journalists, two foreigners and even police officers, were injured during the crackdown of EuroMaidan on November 30.

4:02 pm - Police is checking information on provocations, being allegedly prepared in Maidan.

3:32 pm - The opposition intends to challenge the arrest of participants of the riot, which took place near the Administration of President on December 1 in Kyiv.

6:55 pm - The march of leaders of the opposition parties Arseniy Yatseniuk, Vitaly Klichko and Oleh Tyagnybok to the Administration of President proved vain.
